Job Description

Fulbridge Social Care is a specialist social care consultancy; we provide industry specific training, accredited on-line social care courses, independent reg44 inspections, permanent resourcing, temporary agency staffing and business development to local authorities and private care providers within children's residential, secure, educational and supportive living environments nationwide.

We are an established and forward-thinking company that focuses on providing innovative ideas and solutions to our clientele making us one of the leading consultancies within Social Care.

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team based at our Peterborough office to run our recently created adult care desk.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Managing and coordinating the temporary workforce.

* Identify and develop new business relationships within your sector.

* Individual candidate tracking and interview databases.

* Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer.

* Resource new clients.

* Cold calling & following up on warm leads (attend client consultations).

* Creating & updating new adverts for (CV Library / Indeed / Reed / Adzuna / Job Centre).

* Building relationships with new and existing clients both over the phone and in person.

* Finding and using new job boards (finding free trials and offers).

* Developing and undertaking recruitment campaigns nationally when required.

* Proactively use cv search on CV Library / Indeed and Reed to head hunt candidates.

* Communicate with your registered candidates until they are compliant.

* Recognise short falls in national recruitment areas and find solutions to short falls.

* Liaise with the branch manager to structure innovative ways to improve the business.

* Place candidates into permanent roles.

* Undertake client call rounds professionally and affectively.

* Call potential clients that you come across on CVs and sell Fulbridge services.

* You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.

* Complying with and keep updated with all relevant legislation.

* Undertake on-call responsibilities when required.

As a Recruitment Consultant you must;

- Be able to cope with pressure
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a mature personality
- Have good organisational and administrative skills
- Have the ability to prioritise
- Have good IT skills and telephone confidence
- Be able to work to deadlines

The ideal applicant will have previous sales, HR, recruitment, customer service experience with a good knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a passion for recruitment. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, however, is not essential.

9am - 530pm (30 minutes for lunch)
