We are looking for ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist Recruitment Teams in Tunbridge Wells to help us build on a great start to 2019 by helping to grow the business further this year.
To support our continued growth and even more new client wins, we are seeking exceptional talent to join our dedicated Recruitment Teams in Tunbridge Wells to start their own fantastic career progression stories as part of the #InterQuest family.
In this role, you will get to learn all aspects of the Recruitment process and play a key role in all things candidate related. This will include talent market mapping, building candidate talent pools, generating new candidates through a variety of sources, working closely with our clients to find suitable candidates for their live vacancies.

We are interested in speaking to ambitious and enthusiastic individuals that have a natural hunger for learning. It may be useful if you have either sales or office based customer service experience. If you have graduated from university it would be of interest but this is not essential so don't worry if not.
