The temp division is high energy, fast paced dynamic recruitment where organisation and prioritisation are key. You will be working on a variety of roles at different levels across the commerce and industry sectors including media, retail and property clients amongst others. Vacancies come from repeat business as well as business development and you will develop long term relationships and your own repeat business as a 360 recruiter as your career evolves.
This is a career role where you will work hard and progress. For the business to have future success we will only hire consultants with a long-term plan and the right attitude and skills.
- You must have prior recruitment or corporate sales experience.
- You can be a graduate, hold a master's degree or be a school leaver.
- Your background can be in any type of recruitment or sales but the "Must Haves" are: recruitment / sales experience with a hard-working attitude, taking pride in all that you do and motivation to see this as a career and not just a job. Definitely apply if you meet these!
