Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Manchester - ??20,000 per annum + Uncapped CommissionWe are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel's busy and supportive recruitment team for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, working hard to maintain relationships with candidates. The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:

* Candidate calling on a daily basis including lapsed Candidates

* Maintain and increase existing client relationships.

* Prospect for new clients seeking new business development opportunities

* Managing a temporary social work desk

* Building solid relationships across all levels with your clients and candidates.

* Effectively promoting Liquids services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates

* Proactively place your candidates onto contracts
