* Experience working for a Recruitment Consultancy.

* Experience managing 360 recruitment processes.

* Experience within the sales market is a must.

The role

* Working on a 360 Desk, covering various sectors

* Managing Clients and building /Long term relationships

* Business Development - selling RMS solutions

* Managing candidates' expectations, building strong relationships with candidates, so trust and loyalty is developed.

* Planning, researching and developing sales, overcoming objections, consultative selling so that the client gets to know you and wants to work with you long term.

* Offering permanent/Temporary staffing solutions

* Visiting clients

* Building a list of usable skilled people

* Filling bookings quickly

* Pre-screening, registration and ID checking of all candidates

* Issuing contracts and all related documents

* Administration


* A minimum of 2 years recruitment and business development experience

* Must be used to working towards targets such as conversions from CVs sent - interviews - placed candidates, new business brought on etc

* Professional and business minded

* Creative and innovative and developing new ways of working

* Exceptional communication skills

* Proven track record in exceeding targets

* Ability to manage your own day and been able to balance sales, resourcing and administration

* An understanding of the recruitment sector to be able to hit the ground running

We are looking for a Consultant with at least 2 years' experience of recruitment, ideally with specific experience in selling the service and recruiting.

It is essential that you have a full UK driving license for this position.
