My client is a leading niche recruitment company who handle financial, legal and office support roles for clients across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth they are looking to add experienced Consultants to their dynamic team. They are dedicated to career development and have an excellent training strategy in place to achieve this. Their areas of specialism in the market include Legal, Accountancy and Finance and Office Support.

They have a team of existing highly experienced Consultants within the business and they are now looking to add Consultants to each of these brands - have you got what it takes?

You may already be working in recruitment and be looking to join a business committed to developing best practice and excellence in all you do. Alternatively, you may be working within the Financial, Legal or Sales sector and be looking for an opportunity to apply your market knowledge to a recruitment role. This agency is based in Sheffield City Centre offices.


As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, responsibilities include:

* Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in your field Accountancy and Finance

* Written specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates

* Business development of new clients to gain market share, this involves warm and cold calling

* Account management of existing clients

* Attending client meetings

* Networking at key industry events

* Providing a solution at every step of the way to your client

The Person
They are looking to attract a highly professional individual who shares in their visions and values. They have a fully bespoke training package that every individual follows and this supports you through your career, however they look for the followings skills:

* You will be able to demonstrate achievement in your career to date and ideally have a strong academic background / graduate calibre

* An individual who is likely to have worked in a sales / previous recruitment background or be able to apply sales skills within a business to business setting

* You will be a strong communicator with a desire to build strong commercial relationships

* You will be career driven and ambitious

* You will have a strong business background
