We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant for one of our excellent clients based in Manchester City Centre. -Key Responsibilities:

-Gain additional business through sales and building relationships with prospect, existing and lapsed clients.

Achieved by;

-Exploiting the market position to develop new customers and new markets

-Identifying and converting new business

-Identifying and acting on cross selling opportunities within the client base

-Ensuring the client is aware of all the services we can provide to them

-Conducting regular telephone and face to face contact with existing and lapsed clients

-To gain new business through telephone and face to face sales activity by ensuring that the Company's minimum standards are achieved and exceeded

-To exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the recruitment services offered by the Company

-Identifying sales leads through the recruitment process of permanent staff

Service Delivery -

-Building effective relationships with the clients and understanding their needs

-Quickly and accurately fulfilling the clients requirements

-Conduct regular face to face service visits

-Identify other contacts / areas within the client where we can assist

-Keep in touch with all clients where we are not supplying on a minimum monthly basis.

-Reviewing our service delivery and identifying areas where we can improve and add value

-Recording all relevant contact and communication on CRM

-Ensure all applicants are dealt with quickly, effectively and professionally

-Contact all current permanent candidate on a monthly basis to keep availability up to date.Update their records

-Conducting proactive speculative calls to our clients to make them aware of suitable candidates available
