Established in 2001, The Wenham Carter Group is an executive search organisation which specialises in helping technology companies around the world, from Silicon Valley start-ups to multinational corporations, find the best talent for their organisations. Over the last fifteen years we have recruited over 4000 executives and technology experts in 82 countries across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas. We cover all kinds of disruptive markets, including Automotive, Telecoms, Medical Devices and Digital TV.
We operate in niche vertical markets in Technology and Life Science, focusing on disruptive industries. After a record breaking 2018, we are looking to continue our successful growth and expand our teams here in Brighton!
We are looking for 360 consultants to handle the recruitment process from end-to-end, dealing with the top executives in the market as candidates and clients.
We want to continue to grow our teams in established markets, but also looking to expand into other new emerging tech markets - so there's exciting opportunities whether you have been in recruitment for just a few months or for many years.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for bright and hard-working people with a competitive streak, who are money motivated and interested in senior level recruitment.
We don't mind how many years' experience you have or what sector or region you currently work in. We are more interested in whether you align with our values, are intelligent (commercially, emotionally and academically) and have a strong drive to succeed.
Success in our model means developing deep sector knowledge in your specialisation on a global level, having a genuine interest in people at all levels, developing a mutual respect with candidates and having the ability to influence them in their next career move, or with a client on their approach / strategy to hiring.
WHAT WE OFFER
Earning: We offer six figure earning potential, where an OTE of ??150k is quite achievable. Made up of base salaries and a competitive commission structure that offers up to 35%.
Training:We have a track record in developing recruiters from a range of backgrounds to become specialist head-hunters and we do this through our thorough training process, mentoring programme and management support.
