We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come and join our growing team in Wolverhampton focusing solely on recruiting professionals to work within the Construction division.

You will receive a clear induction plan supported closely by your line manager. We will equip you with all the skills you need to manage your own recruitment desk within a hard-working and rewarding team culture.

The Role

* Business development with existing clients; exploring and identifying new opportunities

* Business development with prospect clients; securing new business.

* Customer service; delivering high levels of service to both our clients and candidates alike.

* Candidate attraction; recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates to match with job roles.

* Maintaining client and candidate records; adhering to quality procedures and legislation, ensuring a compliant service.

* Working to sales targets & KPI's

In addition to this, you will have:

* Driven, determined and self-motivated.

* Have the ability to develop relationships.

* Have experience of negotiation.

* Have a proven track record within a recruitment and/or sales environment.

* Experience within a customer service environment.

* Have a excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, able to listen actively.

* Have interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Attention to detail.

* Strong organisational skills, managing priorities to achieve specific deadlines.

* Good standard of general education including Mathematics and English Language.
