ClarityTMS are currently supporting a long standing client as they seek to hire an In-house Recruitment/HR Administrator to join the business on an ongoing basis. This is a temporary role on a rolling contract.

Ideally you will have some Recruitment and or HR Administration experience and have worked in a similar role for atleast 6 months.

The role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

* Supporting the HR function of the business and undertaking associated administration

* Arranging interviews via applications and liaising with internal staff and team leaders

* Processing new starter details and liaising with new employees

* General team administration, creating and sending offer letters, updating holiday records, handling HR files

* Supporting the recruitment process of the business by advertising roles, coordinating applications and responding to applicants

* Administration of employment contracts

You will be accurate, attentive and with good communication skills. Ideally an experienced administration who enjoys working with people.

This role is available for an immediate start, free parking onsite and working hours are full time Monday to Friday.
