After 3 successful years, Alexander James Recruiting is looking to expand with the addition of a new recruitment consultant at our office in Worcester. A specialist within specific niche sectors in the sales arena, we require an individual with a strong desire to be part of a long-term growth plan which comes with great earning potential along with several other benefits. Running and developing a desk you will be carrying out the full 360 recruitment role and will benefit from a strong contact base in order to achieve consistent placements.

A specialist recruitment specialist within capital equipment sales, Alexander James Recruiting began in 2016 with a key focus in the material handling sector. Now a well-established organisation and name within this area, we have a focus on a number of other industries to include the following:

• Commercial Vehicles/automotive sales

• Plant Hire, Cranes & powered Access

• Racking & Storage Systems

• Other, industrial capital equipment sales

Requirements

You will ideally be an individual with recruitment experience in one of the above sectors or will have a specific interest in working within one of these areas. Over time, these sectors have been identified as niche areas in which our company has a base to build from. They're also vertically aligned to the material handling sector in terms of placement opportunities. However, this experience is not essential and a person with experience in other areas who has an idea which fits with our business plan will also be considered. Ultimately, our company requires an individual who is investable and who desires a position with strong long term prospects as well as short term earning potential. Alexander James seeks an individual who shares its recruitment ethics in respect of candidate/client engagement and most importantly the long-term planning and time needed to setup a successful recruitment desk and company.
