The successful candidate will partner closely with mid manager to senior leaders to gain a thorough understanding of current and future hiring needs. You will have responsibility for all areas of recruitment, from implementing recruitment processes through to partnering at board level to attract and recruit and retain talent into the business.

With responsibility for all Recruitment activity within the business responsibilities will include;
Vacancy and campaign management - Carrying out full qualification briefs with hiring managers on vacancies to understand reason for the vacancy, capability gaps and presenting relevant market intelligence.
Demand planning / Forecasting - Liaising with Hiring managers to look at forecasting and capability gaps.
Processes & ATS - The design and creation of robust processes from scratch including the implementation and utilisation of an ATS.
Salary reviews - Tower Watson or similar, to identify shifts in the market and Talent shortages.
Reviews & Reporting - Reporting up to Board level on performance (time to hire, cost per hire, D&I etc) suggestions for improvement, challenges in the external market, competitor analysis etc.
Projects - projects based around D&I, ATS implementation.
The successful candidate will have broad generalist recruitment experience. You will be comfortable working autonomously with prior experience building a Recruitment service from the ground up while simultaneously partnering with the business managing a range of vacancies and 3rd party recruitment partners.
This role requires someone who is extremely organised with excellent project management skills and stakeholder management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced In-House recruiter looking to draw upon all their skills and experience to create a resourcing approach from scratch.

Salary is 50,000 - 55,000 pa
