Resourcing Business Partner/Manager
A fast-growing company with an ambition to become an employer of choice has an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruitment and on boarding professional to lead their team.
Our client is looking for a passionate recruiter who can demonstrate achievement of key performance indicators which have positively impacted on the cost, quality and time to hire. Experience of direct sourcing, social media and employer branding is essential. Expertise in managing on boarding is desirable.
Probably qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent in recruitment, you will have experience of partnering with hiring managers and coaching internal stakeholders around resourcing and on boarding best practice.
