Senior Resourcing Advisor / Resourcing Partner
A leading Time Top 100 organisation based in Warwickshire who look after their people are looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor / Business Partner to join their team to support with end to end recruitment of high volume and specialist roles and work on commercial value add projects such as the EVP, branding and candidate experience. The Resourcing Partner role is based in Warwickshire and paying ??40,000 p.a, 15% bonus, 8% matched pension, excellent holidays and other benefits.
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing and as part of the wider HR team, this role will encompass end to end recruitment as well as using your curiosity and creativity to add value through continuous improvements projects. You will be responsible for the creation of strategic attraction and selection plans through to offer and onboarding.
We are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic and proactive nature to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client group in order to fully understand requirements and be the knowledgeable market expert.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to have ownership for numerous company wide projects including linking with HR to look at talent & succession planning, on-boarding, increasing line manager capability, improving the candidate experience, building the social media presence and helping build the employee brand.

You will have previous experience of working within in-house recruitment role looking at both high volume and niche hard to fill roles. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and professional recruiter who has the ability to bring in new ideas and have a creative way of thinking in order to help make commercial improvements. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, juggling work-loads and with the ability to adapt. You'll be a fantastic communicator with an approachable demeanour as well as have the ability to challenge and push back to challenge ways of thinking.
