Working on behalf of a local authority based in North London, we are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Coordinator.
The contract for the Resourcing Coordinator position is for 1 month, on a full time basis. The umbrella rate of pay is ??14.08 per hour.
Purpose of Job
* To prepare and dispatch job offers and contract of employment to candidates within agreed timescales.
* To act as point of contact for candidates to keep them informed about the progress of their application.
* To carry out and monitor the progress of pre-employment checks for successful candidates to ensure the Council's vetting requirements are met.
* To enter and maintain job and employee information in the recruitment management system to enable accurate management information and correspondence to be generated.
* To meet and welcome candidates on their first day with Camden to ensure they are aware of key policies and receive a positive experience.
* To provide feedback to the Resourcing Advisers on the quality of job information to ensure suitable candidates are included in the talent pool and put forward for consideration by recruiting managers.
Requirements
* Taleo experience is desirable
Immediate Start.
