Recruitment Consultant - Rather be a Dragon?
We are looking for an experienced, time served, consultative but mentally very tough Recruiter who wants to swap a successful career in traditional recruitment & become a Dragon in our Investment & Sourcing Team!
We are SSG is based in sunny Berkhamsted & provide a completely free recruitment business launch & on-going support facility for motivated Recruitment Consultants who would like to start their own recruitment business.
Since 2003, we have launched over 300 new recruitment businesses across 32 different market sectors. We are experts in all things recruitment and nothing else! We are not a Recruitment Business - we are a support business for Recruiters.
We are now looking for a key player to join our investment & sourcing team. This lucky individual will be responsible for promoting & presenting what SSG has to offer to the Recruitment Community. Based in our lovely Berkhamsted office, with ample parking in the surrounding areas, your role will consist of sourcing, engaging & helping potential business partners migrate from 'recruiters to business owners'.
Whatever recruitment experience you have, you will be a motivated, friendly, outgoing individual with drive, energy, enthusiasm and an uncanny ability to see through the wool, the words, the waffle & the weak & clearly identify recruiters who really do deserve our investment, support, time and complete commitment.
Naturally, we are looking for superstars with a passion for sales, a love of recruiters & that famous "can do" attitude. You must be dynamic, keen to learn & be 100% focussed upon the task in hand. We want someone who is interested in the world of entrepreneurship & feels comfortable on the phone.
Hopefully, you will also feel currently a little bored, underutilized, convinced that you have not reached your potential yet and brave enough to tackle something very different!

Over the years SSG have steadily grown and now work with more than 200 exceptional Recruiters who are working hard to build their own business.
Naturally, with that growth, the team at SSG has had to grow too - & for us, that's just fantastic. The Investment & Sourcing Division of the business is a key team and one which needs the very highest calibre recruit.

Be the type of person that understands that the best way to help someone, is to chat, have a conversation & let that conversation dictate the direction of the discussion. You're not a regurgitator of "this is what we do & this is how we help".

? You might be from a recruitment, sales or consultancy background. Is it the be all & end all if you haven't? No, not at all.
? You might understand a little bit about Recruiters, where they "hang out" & how you might look to operate within the role like this. Is it the be all & end all if you don't just yet? No, not at all.
? You will understand the importance of building rapport, being relationships quickly & effectively & allowing our applicants to trust & believe in you.
? You will understand how important it is to be great on the phone, empathetic, open, chatty, focused, casual, serious, friendly, available & intent on helping our applicants - whether that be over the phone, over social media or face-to-face.
