In-House Recruitment Manager
Would you like to set up a brand new mental health service in Bristol that supports people who are struggling in work due to mental health support needs? How about part time hours? You will join a national mental health charity to run this 12 month pilot, which has a good chance of extending longer term.
From the offset, you will help recruit your own staff team (2 x employment coaches and one administrator). The aim of the service is to help people who are either struggling in their place of work. The service aims to help people either stay in their current role, or look at alternative careers and help them access new opportunities. So the end goals are either to support them in their current role, or to find a new one which is more suitable. Referrals will mostly come from the Council, and in addition clients can access online support, and specialist support budgets for adaptions in the work place.
This role can be offered either 3 days a week (??15, 600 per annum) or 4 days a week (??20, 794 per annum). Please apply via this advert.
