Are you a dedicated, proactive Personal Assistant with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the Recruitment or Executive Search sector? Would you like the opportunity to join a global boutique Executive Search firm with an excellent reputation in the market?

My client is a global Executive Search firm with offices in the heart of the City as well as, New York, and Singapore who are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their dynamic, collaborative company. They are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support one of their Managing Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, efficient and able to cope with changing demands, but who also has a great personality, lots of energy and a 'can do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive private PA work
  • Gatekeeper and complex diary management
  • Booking flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire for family holidays
  • Organising car/ home insurance and servicing where necessary
  • Administrative support to the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Team and New York
  • Liaison with clients and candidates
  • Formatting, printing and binding of reports, presentations and marketing documents
  • Travel booking (mainly to New York, around 12 trips per year)
  • Organising any company/ team corporate events with the other PAs
  • Ensuring all archive material is stored and compiled correctly
  • Duties shared with the Company's other PAs including
  • Sourcing new suppliers when necessary (current/recent - IT support company, cleaning company)
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding any problems with office equipment such as telephones and technology

Person Specification:

  • Recruitment/Executive search sector experience in a similar position
  • Degree educated
  • Very proactive with a commercial mindset
  • Confident to communicate and liaise with various stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task
