The Role -

On offer is the opportunity to grow your own desk without micromanagement or KPIs. You will utilise your knowledge and experience from the industry to generate new leads, expand your client base and grow a specialist candidate pool.

What our client are looking for?

- At least 2 years recruitment experience within a high-end white-collar construction, property or real estate sector

- An impressive track record and billing history

- An ambitious, competitive individual who can demonstrate that they go above and beyond in their professional and personal lives

- You are used to providing a high-end service with a consultative approach
