The Business
Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruiter on behalf of a widely-recognised and successful legal recruitment agency with National reach. As part of a larger national recruitment group, this agency boasts a fantastic name in the market, solid backing, and 20 years recruiting within the buoyant and hugely profitable legal sector. With huge growth plans for 2019, the management team are looking for an experienced 360 professional recruiter with an interest in the legal sector (sector experience not necessary). This business has a real family-feel, supportive culture and you'll work alongside real industry experts, developing your knowledge through both in-depth and long-term training. Clear progression plans leading to Directorship (with equity share) in place to enable them to develop their future leaders from within the business.
The Role
With over 2000 live vacancies, there is a minimal need for business development and a strong focus on delivery. The ideal candidate would have some recruitment experience (minimum 6 months) in a professional sector, have the ability to deal with executive level candidates and be a self-starter. This recruitment agency genuinely cares about their employees, so you will need to be driven yet a team player as they believe every member of their team's ideas and opinions should be heard.
The Package
You will receive a basic salary dependent upon your experience (??25,000 to ??32,000) with commission added quarterly and yearly bonus on top. This agency can be flexible around hours and offer free parking as well as lots of team incentives.
