We are currently looking for experienced and driven Recruitment Consultants to join a busy and growing desk. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring Pulse maximizes the recruitment of new and established associates, working in close partnership with the Assistant Manager - Recruitment & Compliance in order to achieve clearance targets in the shortest possible time. The ability to multi task and to work under pressure is essential in the post holder.
  • Recruiting Nurses and Midwives in accordance with NHS LPP Framework requirements and as directed by the Pulse written Recruitment procedures
  • Developing the Nursing Database and ensuring that the use of iQX and associated systems is carried out according to company guidelines and procedures and that all compliance requirements are met throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring the use of the iQX system enables the Recruitment Team to identify nurses to be targeted for increased hours and ongoing lines of work
  • Ensuring Recruitment pipeline is maintained to ensure targets are met and exceeded
