Our client are a prestigious client who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their team.
This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and manage the recruitment administration with a busy recruitment team with particular emphasis on interview booking, scheduling, re-scheduling which will involve liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will support the day-to-day running of busy recruitment function and be responsible for interview booking process for a high volume of open vacancies ensuring candidates and hiring managers. You will keep Excel trackers up to date so that data can be extracted for reporting purposes and there is a record of all interviews booked that matches the ATS. You will also verify candidate Right to Work documentation and store documents in line with GDPR.
You will be an experienced Resourcing Co-ordinator with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills and have strong knowledge of recruitment best practice principles. You will also have experience working within a busy HR department.
