SF Group are looking to recruit a Resourcing Administrator to support a business within B5 for a week or so. Rate of pay ??8.75ph and you will be expected to provide a resourcing administration service to the business,in line with the organisation's policies and agreed practices,enabling managers to carry out their people management role effectively by providing advice on policy and process.

Key Accountabilities:

1.Build effective relationships with key customers and colleagues across the business to become a credible and trusted partner with the ability to influence manager behaviour by explaining what processes they need to follow and why.
2.Support the recruitment process from advertising to selection. This will include arranging for suitable advertisements to appear in appropriate external media and internally,confirming the job description with the manager if the role is new or changed,managing job applications,dealing with queries from applicants,organising shortlisting,setting up interviews and keeping in close contact with recruiting managers.
3.Support the organisation in the delivery of assessment centres and selection days to ensure a fair selection process.
4.Contribute to the improvement of the way work is carried out including a review of processes,letters and guidance for managers,ensuring all are relevant and up to date.
5.Provide management information to key customers on a regular basis or in response to specific requests,working with the systems and data team if necessary,to ensure managers have a clear understanding of how their area is performing
6.Deal with queries by telephone,by email and in person in line with the team's customer service standards,to ensure we provide an effective response service to the business.
7.Work with colleagues in HR,People and Strategy,L&D and ER to ensure the overall service to the business is joined up and aligned. This will include the support of new initiatives
