Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is a successful and expanding employment business. We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work at our office in Rugby.

We provide professional permanent and temporary recruitment services for a growing portfolio of manufacturing and service sector companies throughout the UK.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the development of your own recruitment desk.

Staffbase will provide you with access to market leading candidate and client attraction software and superb back office support required for you to excel in this 360?? recruitment role.

The role will offer you progression to senior management level with increased re-numeration and improved commission.

In essence you will undertake sales & recruitment activities necessary to develop and expand our business working in your chosen sector.


We are offering a market leading package including uncapped commission earnings.

  • Excellent Basic Salary + Uncapped commission (OTE of ??50K+ is easily achievable)

The successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous recruitment sales / consultant consultant or sales experience.

You will display the qualities associated with success and you will demonstrate the skills required to operate efficiently in this 360 recruitment role.
