ROLE

Working in a Team supporting 3 Consultants and their researchers:

An seasoned EA/PA with at least 5 years' experience, preferably within executive search. Highly proficient in MS Office 365 as well as having high attention to detail and proof reading skills. Typing of confidential and progress reports, proposal letters, briefing documents and presentations. Able to use your initiative and act without direction. Proactive and able to see projects through from start to finish. A real team player able to work well under pressure, keep calm and juggle and prioritise workloads whilst producing high quality documentation with a can do attitude, supporting colleagues. Able to handle busy diaries, international time zones and travel. Ability to use data bases and research tools. Previous experience within a busy, demanding environment is essential for this role. Able to work smartly and proactively and dealing with senior individuals. Extremely organised, able to be ahead of the game and pre-empt any issues.

MAIN TASKS

Booking and arranging meetings, Business Development and Courtesies, noting them in the calendar and recording the information on database.

Support Consultants and Researchers in arranging candidate interviews and recording the information on database.

Support Consultants/Researchers during the search processes creating, editing and printing the relevant documentation: Business Development Presentations in (PowerPoint), adding candidates to Long List and Short list Reports; Confidential Reports; Proposals; Job Specs (all in Word); Education Verifications, References, and adding to INVENIAS database. Converting to .pdf when required.

Arranging travel for consultants and candidates.

Working as a team with the rest of the Assistants, covering each other where necessary.

Producing monthly expenses for consultants and forwarding candidates expenses for appropriate reimbursements.
