Responsibilities and Duties-Contracts administrator tasks

* Raise Sales client/candidate contracts and operate the internal sales approvals process, including maintenance of associated documentation and tracking systems

* Assisting the Sales team in contract creation (Making sure that the Financial, Legal and Technical aspects of the contract are correct)

* Obtaining full approvals from the relevant departments for all raised contracts

* Working under strict deadlines to ensure all contracts are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible

* Liaising with other departments to put together complex multi services and multi-client contracts for large outsourcing organisations

* Assuring confidentiality and security of documents and information

* Maintaining client and consultant records accurately via CRM software

* Manage the Candidate Care Program Management

* Stott and May Client TOB and writing addendums

* Review client TOB

Responsibilities and Duties-Compliance

* Conducting Pre-Employment Screening checks of limited company contractors

* Performing compliance checks for all new joiners; recording and collating correct information and data as per client and legal requirements

* Awareness of industry development concerning contractor compliance

* Regular internal compliance audits

* Running and submission of the quarterly HMRC report

* Running of weekly Contract expiry overview report for London contract recruiters

* Running and communication of DocuSign "Not signed" report on a weekly basis
