The role and responsibilities:
The successful Commercial Account Manager will have recruitment experience within the commercial sector and enjoy attending corporate and networking events to establish their reputation. They will be passionate about delivering a highly professional service to both client and candidate and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships.
The key responsibilities of the Commercial Account Manager are:
* Business development;
* Account management;
* Attending client visits and networking event
* All other aspects of recruiting such as advertising vacancies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the process from offer to interview to placement, reference checks and continual after service with both the client and the successful candidate.
We are looking for an Commercial Account Manager who has a proven track record of being successful within recruitment and has the desire and determination to progress themselves up to the next step in their career, as there is future opportunity to become a senior team member and lead the team.
Additional Information
??20,000 - ??25,000 pa plus benefits that include a generous holiday entitlement, training and pension.
Personal specification:
?? Previous commercial 360 recruitment experience
?? Previous recruitment business development experience
?? Previous account management
?? Worked in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experience
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Be enthusiastic, credible and dependable at all times
?? Be focused and goal oriented
?? Be able to achieve sales objectives
?? Be able to achieve high customer satisfaction
?? Have good organisational skills

?? Have good knowledge about sales procedures and recruitment services
