Fee earning Recruitment Consultants required with adaptable hours /remote and home working available .This role is a recruitment fee earning opportunity that can offer flexible working hours to suit -Home Working & 100% remote working available. Permanent Recruitment Consultant and a Senior Interim Recruitment role is available immediately due to the demand of a new contract as well a Temporaries Recruiter

HOME ....but be based the Midlands or Yorkshire based ideally .(UK base is essential )

Role

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager /Recruitment consultant /Fee earner and or Search Consultant with a warm network and existing business to build upon .

The recruitment company is well established and is a venture backed by a major plc . It is run by a highly experienced recruitment director who is well respected in the Industry . The culture is open and honest.

Recruitment Consultants will be provided with Laptops, Mobile Phones plus cars /allowance where appropriate. The company offer 100% flexible and remote working . Although a home based role the team do meet every couple of weeks and are in regular contact .There is also a local Midlands and a Yorkshire office in which you may wish to work from .This is a mature and trusted way of working.

As a fee earner you will have existing accounts and clients for you to manage as well as developing your own network of contacts but this is a 360 sales recruitment opportunity . You will be operating in a geographically unrestricted business where all recruiters work as part of a team . This is not a traditional 9-6 recruitment hours and as this is a home working role you must be self managing .You can work hours that suit your requirements but this is a full time role .

Skills

You must be an experienced recruiter .You will be sales driven and have a proven background in successful fee earning .This is essential .The level of recruitment experience and sector background is flexible but you have to be self managing and a succesful biller .Car driver is essential (to meet your candidates and clients and team ).
