Client - My client is an Independent recruitment agency, established in 1988. Location - Wolverhampton Offices - 12 offices covering the UK. Position - Senior Consultant looking for the next step up into management or a Billing Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with a forward thinking company. Sector - Trades and Labour (Blue or White) or M+E Division.
Key Tasks:

• Supervise section staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required billing standards.
  
  
• Oversee all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that the process is being conducted effectively.
  
  
• Supervise the process for the placing of advertisements for all internal and external vacancies/& manage against budgets set.
  
  
• Identify and meet with recruitment to recruitment agencies. Interview potential recruits through these agencies and appoint staff in consultation with Director. Oversee Induction and Training of Trainee Recruitment Consultants as per trainee induction Contract.
  
  
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection.
  
  
• Hold weekly and monthly performance review meetings with team members & review against KPI's.
  
  
• Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are followed.
  
  
• Build and generate GP as per targets set by the director
  
  
• Ensure any complaints from clients or candidates are investigated fully and resolved
