The Role

The Learning and Resourcing Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the L&OD and Resourcing team offer effective and efficient administrative support across the organisation enabling key business areas in achieving their strategic goals and recruiting and developing our people.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Learning & Development and Head of Resourcing, you will work closely with the wider HR directorate to ensure the highest level of professional administrative support is provided for learning and recruitment materials as well as supporting with diary management.

The ability to work efficiently, think flexibility, work as part of a highly effective team and being highly service driven are all essential qualities for this role.

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience at providing administrative and secretarial support and an understanding of HR, L&D or recruitment processes.
