Due to continued exceptional success and growth, CBRE GWS are seeking a Talent Resourcing Manager to join the Facilities Management division of our UK business, based at our fantastic new HQ building in Southwark Street.

Reporting dually to the Divisional Managing Director and Divisional HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning and implementing the divisional recruitment strategy for all management and director level hires across the business.

The key focuses of the role are to reduce time to hire, reduce Year 1 attrition and ultimately ensure a fantastic candidate experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Full vacancy management at middle to senior level recruitment across the full life cycle of the vacancy with a direct sourcing focus, including advertising, agency management, shortlisting, interview support, and stakeholder management.

* Proactive sourcing of talent for the division, to build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates.

* Conduct regular speculative interviews.

* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers around non-management level recruitment through the delivery of toolbox talks and workshops, sharing best practice and helping develop the team's interview and recruitment skills.

* Collaborate with the wider Talent Resourcing team to review talent and be aligned on candidate management, ensuring transparency and sharing of talent across the business.

* Support and involvement in resourcing related projects, working within a team environment in a matrixed organisation across various geographies.

* Support the management and monitoring of recruitment agencies.

What we are looking for:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Facilities Management recruitment landscape, with an already existing network across the sector allowing them to truly 'hit the ground running'.

The role could suit an individual coming from an agency background looking for their first step into an in-house role, but equally would suit an individual with a track record of success in a similar in-house role.

Key behaviours and skills needed to succeed within this position:

* A high level of emotional intelligence and ability to communicate with a wide variety of personalities.

* Resilience, tenacity, drive and passion - balanced with a little patience!

* Confidence - You are a trusted advisor and need to be comfortable and confident in your own ability.

* The ability to balance the reactive and proactive - Keeping multiple plates spinning whilst prioritising your time and efforts dependant on the needs of the business.

* Flexibility - Although this is a London based role, there will be regular travel across the country, sometimes with little notice.

Salary from ??45,000 to ??55,000 dependant on experience, plus ??5,000 p.a. vehicle allowance and bonus potential up to 15%.

Your CV will be reviewed by the Talent Resourcing Team, and you will be contacted if successfully shortlisted
