Recruitment Consultant - Private Equity
Established over ten years ago, Curtis Murray Associates predominantly provides bespoke recruitment solutions to private equity GP's, as well as covering the following areas:
- Private equity Secondaries
- Private credit funds
- Impact funds, mostly across Africa
We are seeking to strengthen our coverage of middle market and Grown Capital GP's by introducing Associate to Managing Director candidates.
Ideally, applicants should have at least 3 years retained recruitment experience AND a willingness to concentrate on the private equity world.
Candidates who are (or have) worked with private equity GP's in sourcing Senior Executives for portfolio companies will be of considerable interest. However, as drive and business style are the key criteria, we are even open to considering candidates open to change their career direction.
The key experience sought is the efficient sourcing of candidates as well as managing client relationships in having the intellect and gravitas to successfully interact with HR and senior investment professionals inside the GP.
A pro-active entrepreneurial mindset is sought. Working from home two days a week could be an option.
The package is salaried with upside being success driven, with fees paid upon receipt by Curtis Murray. We can devise a package to suit the preferred candidate.
Curtis Murray would hope that the hired professional would progress towards partnership of the firm within 3 years.
