Partner - Executive Search
My client is one of the largest and fastest growing search firms in its space. They are a leadership advisory boutique who provide executive search and interim management/consulting services to the technology, professional services and digital consumer industries.
My client are what we call at Carlin Hall a 'mezzanine firm', a mid sized boutique: they have the ability to deliver a standard of service that competes with a tier one search firm at the pace and manoeuvrability of a boutique. They have offices in both Europe and North America and have ambitious expansion plans. They are on EMEA wide PSLs for a number of the big 4 at Partner and Director level.
In keeping with their growth trajectory they are looking for a Partner to join their successful London office within the Corporate Finance practice. Typically mandates are within the ??150-400k OTE bracket but more often than not ??400k+. This successful hire will lead and mentor junior members of the business and will have other leadership responsibilities within the business; Managing resource etc.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years retained search experience, they will have strong academics and intellect. The successful hire will also be ambitious and motivated to excel within a career in search.
