??16,000 - 22,000 basic salary + bonus + package including health and dental care plan. pension scheme, 25 day's annual leave.
Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a thriving health and social care recruitment agency who having recently opened an additional branch in central London are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer to join their team to assist the Director in supplying temporary and permanent staff into the health and social care sectors. Our client are part of a ??60 million turnover business and supply to both the NHS and private health-care clients. The Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer will work with candidates typically working as nurses, social workers and heath-care assistants.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer will be provided full training both on the job and in head office, however we are looking for applicants with the right attributes which will enable them to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant- as it's a telephone based role dealing with varieties of people and sometimes requires work at fast-pace applicants must have a great interpersonal manner, ambition and a drive and desire to succeed as well as the want to develop a great career with fantastic earning potential. Sales based roles are a fantastic transition to recruitment, and we are looking for applicants with at least 1 year experience working in a sales focused job, e.g. telesales, face to face sales, estate agency or outbound customer service.
Day to day duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Reporting into the Director to source candidates for open jobs in health and social care.
- Advert writing, and initial interviews of suitable applicants.
- Boolean search of job boards for suitable job seekers.
- Booking candidates in for temporary work assignments.
- Writing headhunt approaches to senior level candidates, using social media sites and telephone/ email.
