Are you a proven, successful Engineering recruitment consultant and business developer with a track record of billing? Are you looking to join an exciting, fast growth recruitment business with a difference?
Synergi is looking for an experienced senior recruitment consultant with experience within in Manufacturing, who is looking for the next step in their career. You will be responsible for recruiting your own team, as well as work towards your own 360?? responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
•Recruit and grow your own team
•New business gained through a structured and consultative business development approach
•Manage, nurture and build relationships
•Develop a deep understanding of client business Understanding specific requirements for vacancies to be filled
•Anticipating future assignments
•Source the most suitable applicants, interviewing them and assessing their knowledge and skill level
•Build strong relationships with all relevant applicants
•Cross selling
•Work and liaise with colleagues in other parts of the business
•Achieve agreed activity and revenue targets
•Develop industry/sector/subject matter expertise
Candidate requirements:
•At least 2 years Engineering / recruitment consultant experience
•Excellent understanding of the Engineering recruitment sector
•Able to converse with candidates and clients confidently
•Ability to achieve revenue targets consistently
•Identifies short, medium and long term action based goals
•Self Motivated/Resilient
•Able to rebound quickly after disappointment/failure to secure revenue
•Open to change Able to sets clear daily plan
•Records activity accurately and consistently on database
•Develops relationships with clients and candidates
•Commercially aware
•Understands the need for a pipeline
•Ability to provides accurate revenue forecasts
