To continue with our success, we are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our Burton on Trent office as a Recruitment Consultant on a full time, permanent basis. The role is a full 360 role including Accounts Management, Sales and Relationship Building, but most of all, you must have a positive attitude.

The successful postholder will have a background in a fast paced working environment such as sales, customer service or planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating new business; bringing on new clients and winning business

Selling our range of recruitment services based on the specific needs of each customer to achieve your sales target.

Booking your own client meetings and attending those business meetings

Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Negotiating terms of business with clients in line within the Branch Managers guidelines.

Recruitment Process: Managing the full 360 recruitment process which includes - vacancies taken, candidate sourcing, advertising, CV profiling and submission, interviews/offers, placements, supporting with contracts of employment and the 8 week post-placement support process.

In return a competitive basic salary is offered, plus uncapped commission with a good holiday allowance, increasing with service. Other benefits include ongoing 'off the job' training with the option of enrolling on an accredited training course which is fully funded by Pertemps, spot prizes and incentives, annual bonuses and development opportunities.
