Legal Recruitment Consultant
1st year OTE ??30-??40k+ plus competitive benefits package

We are looking for an outgoing and ambitious individual to play a key role in our permanent legal division. This position would see you join a small, friendly team and take control of a territory with considerable potential. We offer extensive training, a clearly defined path for career progression and a unique commission structure.

Job Summary
You will specialise in finding the best talent in the legal profession and placing them into law firms across the country. The role will be varied and stimulating and will see you:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the legal market, and individual firms specific requirements in order to find the right candidate for their vacancies
  • Building long term business relationships with a broad range of Private Practice law firms
  • Connecting and meeting with Legal Professionals of all levels in order to gain a thorough understanding of their career aspirations and personal requirements
  • Meeting with clients to discuss upcoming recruitment requirements and growth plans
  • Maintaining existing relationships with candidates and clients to confirm our brand within the market
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities whether this be new candidates or clients


  • 1st year OTE ??30-??40k+ and an uncapped commission structure

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal sales skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with highly intelligent professionals
  • Tenacity and drive to build a strong pipeline for future placements
  • Ability to work pro-actively and adapt quickly to changes in a challenging market


  • 1+ years of phone based Sales Experience (prior Recruitment experience also desirable)
  • Knowledge of the legal profession, ie law degree
  • Graduate (2:1 or above)
