We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, methodical and able to work on multiple projects at any given time, at speed, whilst shadowing a senior member of the team. Candidates who have worked in a fast-paced and structured organisation would do well in this role, as would candidates with some experience of either customer services or administration.

As a Recruitment Resourcer/Junior Recruitment Consultant you will initially be working closely with one senior member of the team on multiple recruitment campaigns at any given time.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

•Developing a sound knowledge of some fantastic clients

•Writing compelling and creative job adverts that will attract the best marketing talent

•Reviewing candidate applications, short-listing suitable candidates and managing interview requests

•Searching the company's internal database for suitable candidates that match job requirements varying from executive level to director level

•Liaising with candidates

•Informing candidates regarding the results of their interviews;

•Following training you will offer advice to candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
