A 360 Recruitment Consultant - Technical & Engineering (Permanent division) required to build and complement our existing Technical business.

Following 2 record breaking years at PSi Talent Acquisition Recruitment Services we are happy to announce our vacancy for a talented, 360 Recruitment Consultant to fulfil the role of Permanent Talent Acquisition Consultant within our Technical & Engineering arena. This role has been created as part of our growth strategy for 2019 and beyond here at PSi Recruitment.

We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant - Technical & Engineering (Permanent division) to join our successful team at our Leicester Head Office to develop and increase our Client base within the Technical & Engineering Industry nationwide.

Reporting to the Business Services Director, you will enjoy direct access to the decision maker allowing a quick turnaround for internal decisions.

Working within a team of 8, you will enjoy a strong team spirit and supportive colleagues backed up with our Head Office support functions.

The Role of the Recruitment Consultant - Technical & Engineering:

To identify & network with companies to support their permanent resourcing

Focusing on all roles under ??35k growing our Technical & Engineering business through all communication tools available

Achieve pre-agreed KPI's and targets

Cross-selling our Temporary Workforce proposition and Apprenticeship Training

Sharing your experience best practice and guidance within the business

Recording all activity through our CRM

Essential Criteria;

Minimum of 1 year's permanent recruitment sales experience, within the industrial/technical/engineering sector

Demonstrable experience in consistently exceeding sales targets and negotiating new client contracts

Ability to develop, communicate and secure new business opportunities at all levels

Computer literate with a high level of competence on all office-based applications and social media platforms

Full Driving licence
