Recruitment Consultant - Job Specification
We are currently looking for proactive and hardworking people to work towards becoming fully qualified Recruitment Consultants; carrying out a full-cycle recruitment process facilitating the temporary placements between candidates and clients within the Public Sector.
Experience from within a recruitment background is not required since we offer a first-class induction and training process as well as on-going personal development for all of our Recruiters. Responsibilities
* Update and maintain company CRM system
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
* Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate marketing channels
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
* Pre-screen candidate CV's and job applications
* Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
* Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
* Format applicant CV's and submit to clients within tight deadlines
* Schedule and monitor client/candidate interviews and request interview feedback
* Develop and maintain client relationships at hiring manager level
* Facilitate and finalise agreements/placements between candidate and client
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
* Provide recruiting reports to the Management team
* Act as a point of contact and build influential client/candidate relationships during the selection process
* Actively promote Adversa's values and commitments at all times
Requirements
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role
* GCSE Grade A - C in both Mathematics and English plus an additional subject
* Strong computer skills; experience of using MS Office Package
* Ability to learn how to conduct different types of recruitment interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
* Ability to learn various recruiting processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making skills
* Excellent organisational skills

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of between ??16,000 - ??18,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
