We support NHS Trusts and the private sector organisations by placing registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners, doctors, allied health professionals, health scientists, psychological therapists and social workers into temporary, permanent and contract roles. Who do we want?
  • You will ideally be a hardworking, self-motivated and a sales focused team player who wants to form a career in recruitment.
  • You will either have telesales, sales or recruitment experience
The role
  • The post holder works closely within the team to develop strong and supportive relationships with associates, clients and colleagues, both existing and new.
  • Generates vacancies from clients, and sources associates with relevant qualifications and experience to ensure that the highest possible quality of care is provided at all times.
  • Upholds quality assurance for the sector / team, the core beliefs of the company and excellence of customer service at all times.
