Who do we want?
- You will ideally be a hardworking, self-motivated and a sales focused team player who wants to form a career in recruitment.
- You will either have telesales, sales or recruitment experience
- The post holder works closely within the team to develop strong and supportive relationships with associates, clients and colleagues, both existing and new.
- Generates vacancies from clients, and sources associates with relevant qualifications and experience to ensure that the highest possible quality of care is provided at all times.
- Upholds quality assurance for the sector / team, the core beliefs of the company and excellence of customer service at all times.
