20k to 25k + bonuses, first year OTE circa 35k
As one of the leading independent education recruitment companies operating in London, my valued client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic, ambitious individual to join their Recruitment team on a permanent basis.
Their team specialise in recruiting teachers from UK and countries outside of Europe to work in client schools around London, which is why they are looking for applicants with specific experience within recruitment and resourcing.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: (training given)
-Business development (when trained to do so)
-Advertising / Sourcing
Identify recruitment needs and develop/implement plans to attract appropriate candidates to the company
Take responsibility for all recruitment channels (database marketing, job board advertising, career fairs, referral schemes, website etc) and develop new recruitment strategies
Liaising with schools and universities and establishing relationships for the company to build on.
Attending overseas trips, presenting to large groups of university students and attracting candidates at careers fairs
-Interviewing / Screening
Interview prospective candidates (telephone and in person) and identify their relevance to the job opportunities available
Clarify expectations of prospective candidates around salary, work expectations and likelihood to travel
They are looking for somebody with the following attributes and experience:
-Experience working as a Resourcer/Talent Manager within the recruitment sector, sales background (not retail)
-Organisational and administrative skills to manage a large pool of candidates and associated documentation
-Excellent telephone manner and experience establishing relationships over the telephone
-Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
-Capability to work flexibly and, occasionally, at unsociable hours
-Drive, ambition and intelligence
