Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Package: Up to 26,000 depending on experience + commission and bonuses (Realistic ??60,000+ OTE)

Role: Provide high quality professional recruitment services to match the needs of your clients and candidates

Build your market
Research, immerse in and become a true expert in your given market encompassing technology, trends, market news, projects, strategy and companies recruitment needs
Lead generate to create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market. Identify and qualify these opportunities
Grow new business sales revenue in your vertical market Recruitment Activities
Mainly a phone based role contacting clients to identify recruitment needs, give consultative advice and deliver solutions according to their requirements
Using a variety of sources from in-house database, social media, advertising, headhunting and search engines, identify candidates with your core market skills
Conduct detailed candidate telephone interviews to match their skillsets with the clients requirements
Meet performance standards that relate to KPI activities

Required Experience:
A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
Previous sales/recruitment experience (call centre, B2B, b2c, customer led environment)
Experience of working in a target led environment (or a desire to)
Motivated, Resilient and Competitive
Strong communication skills

Graduate degree (preferable)
Experience in an outbound, phone-based sales environment
