Recruitment Business Owner / Senior Recruitment Consultant
How would you feel if someone offered you the chance to keep 50% of EVERYTHING that you bill, that you define your own desk (across all things around the Opilio digital core), you work whatever hours you want from whatever location you want (post induction) and you get the chance to build your own business that will redress your work/life balance. We will give you up to 20% equity (shares, not options) in your entity.
We will take care of your admin, your finance, your platform, your marketing, your training, your growth (if you choose to grow). Pretty much everything. All you will have to do is fill the roles. We can even provide you with a client list and the roles to get you started.

Role and Responsibilities
The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 years in the last role. If you are a hopper, don't bother getting in touch. You are going to have to have grit and determination and tenacity to make this work and bouncing around won't have demonstrated the commitment necessary to build your own business.
The candidate must be commercially aware, be able to client face at Directorate level and above all be self-motivated. This is a real opportunity to build your own future.

Experience and Skills
• Must have 5 years minimum experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• 360 recruitment background
• Proven track record of billings
• Hungry and determined personality
• Able to work on own autonomy
