Job Overview
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will lead, manage and implement the recruitment process, procedures and the deliverables of the recruiters. He/She will be fully responsible to manage and resolve all issues evolving from all recruitment activities.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be ultimately responsible for candidate's evaluation; recruitment turnaround and ensuring maximum placement are made from open roles.
He/She will be a team leader and should be able to make effective decision. In charge for the group reporting related to recruitment, she will provide visibility on the main kpi's set to monitor recruitment delivery. We are looking for a profile fluent in both French and English.
Responsibilities

In charge of the recruitment process and procedures and ensure all recruitment activities follows the process.

In charge of development and implementation of recruitment strategies, tactics.

Responsible for the turnaround time of all recruitment activities.

Responsible to share and distribute roles in line with skills and capacity amongst the recruitment team and ensure set deadlines are met.

Ensure and uphold the quality of all recruitment deliverables.

Ensure the optimal usage of all recruitment software and portals and monitor that all information are up to date.

Coordinate all recruitment activities and interface/update top management when applicable.

In charge of designing and updating all recruitment reports.

In charge of supervising and managing activities of the recruitment team and record/report its performance to management. Identify the necessary right training to bring the different recruitment platforms up-to speed

In charge of designing and re-designing all job advertisement and sourcing methodology

Person Specification
Preferred Experience and Education

A minimum of 5years experience in Recruitment or HR is required for this role.

Bachelor degree qualified ideally in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or Humanities.

Membership of a relevant Professional body is required.

Advance Diploma and or a Masters in Human Resources or relevant field are desirable.
