- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database within one of our core fields. HR, Finance or CSR.
- Developing and nurturing a network of candidates
- Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial conversations through to offer stage and beyond to ensure all parties are satisfied throughout and post placement.
- Ensuring diverse candidate shortlists are delivered
What we are looking for:
We are looking for individuals with demonstrated sales or recruitment experience who can hit the ground running in time. We require professional, passionate individuals who are excited to join a growing and entrepreneurial business which will support people returning to work or those who have experienced a change in circumstances.
We can offer you a competitive salary together with uncapped commission.
We have offices in Leeds and London and are open to candidates in either locations or who can travel to these locations several times a week. We are able to offer flexibility around working hours and the opportunity to work from home some of the time also. For us it is important to find the right candidate who shares our passion to offer a truly inclusive recruitment service and can be flexible around how this role is delivered.
