Job Profile for a Senior Permanent Delivery Recruitment Consultant:
• Our Company is a global recruitment agency specialising in the Energy, Infrastructure, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Technology and Commercial sectors. Our specialist consultants help clients to recruit the right people into temporary, contract and permanent roles.
• We are currently looking for a Senior Permanent Delivery Recruitment Consultant to work at our Warrington office. This is an exciting time of growth for our Company and we look forward to receiving applications from a range of talented and experienced recruiters to support us in realising our big ambitions.
• To mentor, develop and motivate junior Consultants within the team to achieve maximum financial potential. In addition, supporting the Permanent Delivery Business Manager in Client account management and growing Permanent Delivery Team capability.
• To ensure that you and your team complete all recruitment activities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Senior Permanent Delivery Recruitment Consultant:
• Support a designated team of recruiters and act as a role model and an ambassador of company culture and ethics.
• Meet and exceed both personal and team targets. This is a 'player-leader' position.
• Set and agree targets with recruitment staff in line with Company objectives.
• Coach and support staff with regards to induction, probationary reviews, appraisals and training.
• Understand, support and drive the Company strategic objectives.
• Encourage new initiatives and the implementation of new Company policies, structures and practices.
• Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements, our internal database and Quality Management System.
• Follow the company standard procedures in all recruitment related activities and ensure that all team members do so.

Key Result Areas:
• Ensure the delivery of individual and team financial targets.
• Overall recruitment effectiveness score is maintained.
• Lead/candidate generation for other parts of the company.
• Proactively marketing niche candidates out to the market.
• Meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Advocate for the company recruitment process.
• Quality Management System compliance.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Senior Permanent Delivery Recruitment Consultant:
• A proven track record of delivering against financial KPI's.
• A minimum of 2 years technical permanent recruitment experience.
• Good reasoning skills and ability to make sound judgements.
• Previous client management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to project professionalism/personality on the phone and face to face.
• Ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ability to manage own performance and that of others.
• Excellent relationship building skills with client/candidates and colleagues.

Operations Director, Finance Director, Finance Office Manager, HR/People Development, Client Development Directors, Training Manager and Recruitment Team Leaders.
