Who we are???
Stafffinders is a family-led business, very much at the forefront of temporary and permanent recruitment since 1971. So much so, we have won several awards, most recent being "Outstanding Performing Business" at the 2017 ROCCO Awards. With offices in both the west and east coast, we cover the length of breadth of Scotland (also internationally thanks to the continued success of our sister company, Kingpin - who are also recruiting). What we want from you???
As a Senior Commercial Recruiter, you will need to be determined, enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to drive business in a competitive market, support and develop junior members of your team and actively source clients and candidates through a wide variety of mediums for a wide variety of roles. Online and social media presence is an important part of the role, but you should also be outgoing, adaptable to different individuals and willing to pick up the phone and get out and meet people. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.
As for experience, you should be able to demonstrate a strong background in recruitment, ideally Commercial but not essential. It's a highly competitive marketplace and we want somebody who can hit the ground running! We would consider existing Senior Consultants or Recruitment Consultants looking to make the step up.
