We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcing Consultant to join one of our most sought after and renowned clients on an initial year's contract. This role requires energy, tenacity and the ability to engage and communicate effectively. You will be a dynamic resourcer who understands the process of delivering the very best calibre talent to our clients.

Location: Fleet, Hampshire

You will be joining a very experienced, driven and highly energised team. As a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant, you will search for relevant candidates and provide a vital link between candidates and the consultants you are supporting.

From a proactive perspective, you will be searching candidate and CV databases as well as LinkedIn and other sources to identify talent, accurately matching CV's to roles, speaking with candidates and reviewing and managing applications.

Overall, you will be tasked with shortlisting the best candidates possible for each vacancy, to be presented to both the TA Business Partner and client.

To be successful it is essential that you have;

Previous experience as a recruitment resourcer, within a high-volume service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, to include an excellent telephone manner to include tone, delivery, open questions, summarising accurately etc.
Excellent Customer service and client/candidate relationship building
An approach which is self-motivated, collaborative, proactive, diplomatic but assertive, flexible, efficient with a keen eye for detail.
Good analytical skills
The confident to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients on a daily basis.
Tenacious with the drive to succeed
The ability to apply yourself to achieve your business objectives
An extremely organised approach to work, with the ability to deal with a varied and ever-changing workload.
Solid IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems and software quickly.
