Founded by a dynamic owner/manager in 2007 the company was born out of the idea that recruitment should be based on three principles integrity, personalisation and efficiency. Our client strongly believes in working as a team supporting each other, their clients and their candidates to deliver exceptional results.

A truly agile approach sets this consultancy apart and allows for this role to be worked from a variety of locations (including a minimum of two days from the London office) with a high degree of flexibility with regards to the hours and pattern worked.

The Role

This is no ordinary or straight forward recruitment sales role. It's a role where you will be working with a great team who are there to support and help you succeed. That's not to say the role won't involve hard work, cold calling, networking and going out to lots of meetings. Your day to day work will involve client research, contact sourcing, telephone introductions as well as attending industry events, networking events and giving sales presentations.

There is an expectation to achieve great results but at all times you will be a part of successful team who will help identify potential opportunities, construct winning presentations and deliver great results. The team will work with you to build your relationships with new clients and deliver on requirements that come from your hard work.

The Candidate

Our client is looking to engage with a candidate with strong experience in a recruitment BD role. A confident consultative relationship manager in person and through a variety of digital channels. Presentation and communication skills in person and over the phone are essential, as are excellent writing skills. You will be a team player who can contribute to the overall success of the business and motivate those around them.

The Terms

This permanent role is being offered on a highly flexible basis with hours and pattern to suit the preferred candidate. A five day presence is required, however the location and number of hours each day is negotiable. Our client is looking to pay an FTE of ??35-40K along with a substantial commission opportunity; however is open to discussion with the right candidate. On occasion, there will be a requirement to attend industry events and networking evenings.
